Since 2020 SPLÄSH offers simple carbonated water with natural flavour extracts, no added sugars. So far, they have had 4 flavours to pick from. Original packaging was designed by Kaia Rähn and Erik Teemägi. The torch was passed on to me to design and illustrate for the latest flavour rhubarb-peach packaging.

It was important to keep the new design in the lines of the SPLÄSH brand. As a new flavour, it needed to be spotted right away from the store shelves. Simply enough, the packaging used watercolour splashes and a minimalistic illustration of the flavours.
result.
The new SPLÄSH rhubarb-peach drink became as popular choice as its siblings. The 2023 Pantone color Viva Magenta captured perfectly the rhubarb color, and paired with the warm orange the packaging stood out well from the shelves and raised a curiosity to try it out.
