Stair24 offers clients a simple solution to order wooden staircases online. To make the website more approachable, they wanted to adopt a style for social media videos, that would make their content more engaging.
The first video is a general yet engaging promotional video that highlights how the website works. The second focuses on how to measure a staircase. Thanks to its clean and simple style, it can also serve as a template for future “how-to” videos.

For the promotional video, it needed to show quickly and clearly how the website works, grab attention and make people click on the website. To simplify the concept and keep the video engaging, 2D animation was a great approach. I kept the colour palette to white and blue, to maintain clarity and draw attention effectively.

The promotional video was used as an advertisement on Instagram and helped the account grow 4x bigger from the original size. Today, it is still frequently used during the exhibitions and showrooms, as it is still coherent with the simplicity of the website it advertises. With “How to Measure a Staircase” video, we found a clear and visual way to make the measurement process easy to follow and show just how simple it really is.
